Clean, composed, and restrained at first, gradually revealing layers of delicate berries, cherries, cinnamon rolls, and dried longan. As it evolves, smoky malt and ripe pineapple emerge, constantly shifting and developing.

Palate
Remarkably smooth with no harshness, yet rich and oily in texture. Flavors of honey, coffee, preserved fruits, and salted plum burst forth, coating the throat even before the whisky is fully swallowed.

Finish
Long and evolving, with notes of ripe cantaloupe, a touch of coffee, roasted oolong tea, rum-soaked raisins, aged oak, nutty pudding, and caramel macchiato—complex, lingering, and deeply satisfying.
